Holiday Collection Day Slide Reminder for County-Provided Recycling and Trash

Monday, May 28, 2018 - Memorial Day - No County-provided collection services will occur on this day. After the holiday, all County-provided recycling and trash collections will slide, and be one day later than normal with Friday collections on Saturday, June 2, 2018.

If you (or your community) have a private contract for your trash collection, or if you live in a municipality, our schedule announcements may not apply to your collection service -- check with your hauler or community manager.

  • Saturday, May 26, 2018: Open with normal hours.
  • Sunday, May 27, 2018: Open with normal hours.
  • Monday, May 28, 2018: Entire facility closed.
  • Tuesday, May 29, 2018: Open with normal hours.

 

Poolesville Beauty Spot

  • Saturday, May 26, 2018: Open with normal hours.

    Shingle & Other Roofing Material Disposal at the Shady Grove Transfer Station
